Order confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp after successful placement.

We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, size, shape, or finish may occur due to lighting conditions or screen resolution. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
Customers are advised to carefully review product details, measurements, and descriptions before placing an order.

3. Payments :-

Payment can be made via online payment gateways including UPI, net banking, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
All payments are final once processed.
Any third-party payment gateway charges, such as 2% for PayU, are borne by Alte Eyewear or as per payment gateway rules.

4. Shipping & Delivery :-

Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days or as mentioned during checkout.
Alte Eyewear is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds :-

All return and refund requests must comply with our Return & Refund Policy, which is available separately on the website.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via UPI or bank transfer.

6. Intellectual Property :-

All content available on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Alte Eyewear.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability :-

Alte Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product.
